What countries do you define as central? NL?
Also how much disk, bandwidth? Do you need dedicated IPv4?
Time4VPS Lithuania, HostSailor Romania, https://www.yourserver.se Latvia, https://apexy.com Czech.
Hit me up if Bulgaria is an option for you. Can do 22 euros per year for the 512MB VPS.
Hello, please look our package here : http://www.constantvps.com/Netherlands-10gbps-linux-vps.html 7$ per month

https://itldc.com/en/vds/
Also VPSNet has a 512MB (OVZ) in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Check our VPS plans in Hungary.

http://vpsbit.com/free-vps.php
Well you can probably go with the free plan which we offer as @Strikerr has mentioned. But if you want premium SSD VPS then we offer it at $7/mo

On what planet is the Netherlands in Central/Eastern Europe? Pretty sure he means (essentially) the former Warsaw Pact/Eastern Bloc area.
hello @Andrei this is located in Romania in our DC:
CPU: 2 Core
RAM: 2 Gb ECC
Hdd: 30 Gb
Ip address : 1 included

I could suggest: https://hosthatch.com/
Last year uptime was 100%. And not at bad price. If you need more try seflow. Their cloud vps line rocks...
https://tiktalik.com offers KVM VPS in Warsaw. I'd recommend their VPS Standard instance with 2GB of memory which costs ~$4,22.
For Ukraine I like blazingfast.io though it's not much liked here. Just check exoticvps.com
Sorry for going off the topic, but why is blazingfast.io not liked here?
It's ok but routes via NL
in Ukraine only 4.9$ http://my.unixhost.pro/cart.php?a=add&pid=1412 10Gb HDD and of 512RAM
Hi Andrei,
Pease check our VPS plans.
So why do you advertise London location then in thread where is clearly requested cental or eastern europe location?
Should we start again?
CENTRAL/EASTERN EUROPE
WESTERN EUROPE
LONDON IS NOT IN CENTRAL OR EASTERN EUROPE. SO IS NOT PORTUGAL, FRANCE, SPAIN, etc...
@Andrei
We have VPS in Lithuania. Can't get much more central thank Lithuania.
http://vpsbit.com
CPU: 1vCPU
RAM: 512MB RAM
HDD: 10 GB
IP Address : 1
Data Transfer: 100GB Included
Price: Free
Or you can go for SSD option for US$5 /month
I'm surprised no one mentioned DigitalOcean with their Germany - Frankfurt location.
Germany is hardly Eastern Europe. Maybe center, but I'm sure that's not what the OP was looking for when saying that.
http://poiskvps.ru/
OP, here you have LOTS of Eastern European VPSs and their specs, as well as Russian.
Just choose the Ukraine, Romania... flag and you're good to go. It's in Russian but very intuitive.
Frankfurt can be considered Central Europe.
Thread cleaned and "Western europe arguments" moved to http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/1186996/#Comment_1186996
Please stick with central or Eastern Europe VPS locations only.
You can search our Kiev and Sofia location. Please take a look here:
https://www.domflow.it/market-kiev.php
https://www.domflow.it/market-sofia.php
We report for that locations uptime and benchmarks.

Because they're a HackForums host, I suspect.
