What do the LEDs on the drive show?
Maybe you swapped the drive with another broken (DOA) one. Happened to me once.
@Akito how you can resolve it? i mean get Raid working again.
Did remote hands at a datacenter do this? Did you confirm that the drive serial numbers changed when the drives were swapped?
@Damian serial numbers changed. DC replaced drives for me

How can i get data on array?
What does the verbose logical drive report show?
Is it rebuilding or what error is it returning?
@MarkTurner not sure, DC was replaced new drives but it still show failed, he tried make raid to working again but failed.
@jazz1611 - Is the array accessible? IE can you access the data on it?
@MarkTurner Default partition raid is /var/virtualizor/vms. Raid not mount partition/points anymore, that reason i need help to recovery raid/data.
Have you got ILO/KVM access to the server?
@MarkTurner yes, i have IPMI
When you reboot the server, you'll see the HP Smart Array ROM launch and it will detect disks. It will probably prompt press F1 to enable array, F2 to remain in failed state.
Press F1 and it should enable the array and start the rebuild.
@MarkTurner it just show like below:
Thats not the RAID controller, you need to wait for the HP P420 to pop up, it will look like this:
@MarkTurner never show like that. I will contact to DC about it. Thank you.
