i have got this website with a good theme installed on it.
I don't update it now because i can't find enough time to do it. I will sell it very cheap if you want it as i don't want to pay the hosting renewal fee again!

Well there is no script. It has wordpress installe on it and it is a theme. I would help you get a close look at the website via skype screenshare.
I am serious about selling the site so kindly make genuine offer.
Well thanks for your interest ricardo. Actually the content was bought cheaply so thats why it is of not good quality. apart from that if you want i can show you the site via team viewer or skype screen share.
I have a client interested in job portal.
I will ask him to review your site and put forth offer, if it suits his need.
Few questions:
a. is it using premium plugin or free plugin?
b. Premium theme or free theme
The contents may not be useful, as the target market is different.

The theme is a premium one. I might have the documentation about it but i am not sure about it.
I won't charge anything for the plugins i have installed (only a couple of them are premium)
All i am looking forward to is a clean and smooth transaction and a price which won't hurt anyone of us.
