Hello needed cheap vps $5-10 vps on India, Vietnam, Thailand or any in asia except for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan just for my VPN business Thanks 
from 500-1tb bandwidth just 128-256 ram.

If $10 yearly price, those are very rare locations and will be hard to find with that budget.
