    Install uBlock Origin. v0.9.9.3 came with a new privacy setting: "ability to prevent local IP address leak through WebRTC" (version 42+ only).

    Or you can disable WebRTC altogether by using the command line switch '--disable-webrtc'. I haven't tried this as I use uBlock, but it should work.
