who you are - where are the servers located, dc?
The servers will be in Dallas, LA and NY datacenters. All servers will only be in US.
logically dallas, la and ny are not offshore. and where are you - a company, a one man show and located locationoffice? how many costumers do you have? how long are you in business?
We were offshore hosters in 2013/4 and our AUC just has a line saying that the AUC will be different for offshore hosting. We haven't advertised any of the US servers as offshore. We had to shutdown our hosting last year and now we are continuing it. We don't have a office but we rent servers directly from datacenter. We are trying to get back in the business.
