Great service and network !
Lantronix are usually secured with the users' first name as the username and than the first name + 12345 as the password, no HTTPS. I've highlighted this issue, yet the response I got was "it's temporary anyway".
Did they sent the servers for real or this is just a marketing trick?
No trick. I've got a similar spec 1385 server from them and there's a long thread here with people discussing what spec server they picked up. Their network is solid for US and EU speeds. AU speeds are so so but that's a fair distance. Server was available within 24 hours.
Their staff couldn't have been more helpful with my setup. Even going as far as manually creating and mounting USB keys for me when I couldn't get the Lantronix mount option working during install.
I recommend them.
@dacentec How much will the colo fee be after twelve months?
Here are the current colo prices.

Lantronix has https - you just need to accept the certificate (and type https://, it doesn't redirect you automatically). At least the two that I have used from Dacentec. But they could update the firmware on them.
Mine didn't.
In all fairness, when I told them my expectations weren't met and requested a refund, they did refund me. I did request a refund within 24-48 hours of ordering, though, and I hadn't logged in to the server yet.
Their support and the hardware was good,
I cancelled within 7 days though, to AU was only getting 500k/s network speeds. Makes 2TB of disk space fairly useless to me.
Where exactly in AU? Here's a few tests from my Dacentec server to Sydney...
Not spectacular, but beats 500kb/s.
I'm with Optus. Maybe that's the issue.
I could peak 1mb/s sometimes but never saw those speeds consistantly.
To a ransomIT VPS got as much as 1.2mb/s at one point.
Speedtests, from about a month ago, before I cancelled.
