Can't load FBI website - error status

Hello!

This is what I see when I try to load the FBI website, I just wanted to take a look at the 10 most wanted page:

I use a VPN, Windows 8.1 and Chrome. Could the VPN (OpenVPN) be the reason?

Seems to be fine for me with my VPNs - are you using a NAT VPS where multiple users are on one IP?

Where is you VPN server located?
Just tried with my home connection, an US based server and one based in Germany - no problems.

So, I'm using a VPN located in France (OVH - Roubaix) that I use (among other things, as a OpenVPN server). So no NAT or multiple users/IPs. The IP is clean as I never had any issue before.

Changed server and now it works, however facebook is still not working. Is anyone able to test if facebook(.com) works with a OVH IP and OpenVPN please?

Even the fbi is using cloudflare.com . At least now their site is reachable via IPv6.

Guessing it's the IP of your OVH server. There won't be much legitimate traffic from OVH's network to that site so it's in their interest to block it.
