Looking for Canada & Austria VPS High End

Looking for the following VPS configuration in Canada
4 GB Ram, 4 Core Proc, 10TB Bandwidth, 25 GB Space and 100+ IP addresses.
This is for a VPN service.
SMTP ports will be blocked .
We would possibly triple this order size soon . We are also looking for similar config in Germany and Austria.

For Austria, I'd take a look at Edis or Dediserve. Don't know if they can accommodate you when it comes to IPs, though.

We have a 4 GB plan in Toronto or Montreal for $19.22/mo, additional bandwidth is only $3 per TB in both locations. We can provide a /25 range for $110/mo.
For RIPE, is probably cheaper to rent a /24 and let whatever ISP you want announce it (except with some German providers, yeah).
We've clouds in Frankfurt and Vienna, tho our Canadian location won't be online until later in the year...
