Whats the intended role for the server, that might get some relevant suggestions rather than just whats the best I can get, you can probably find a dual E5 with a 32gb SSD if thats what you want, if you want something with big disks then a single processor and 6x2/4tb disks would be possible... Do you need any extras such as additional IP's, DDOS protection etc?
