I know it, just thought to see anyone can do it as the OP requested similar offer.
1 IPv4 is not similar to a /24 of IPv4.
/24 costs at least 100 dollars. Americans have themc heap still, but they will also raise prices soon because the market is ready to take it.
In USA price is like $1/IP currently. In EU little more like $1.5. The problem is not the price but how easy is to get the IPs. Or how many you can get / get with single server.
