My VPS has been down for a week tomorrow without any response...
Well good thing I didn't purchase the server I was considering a couple weeks ago..
@ImzTinoz Oh, so obviously I even had "luck" that mine went down first yesterday.
@swain In fact. Performance terrible, stability mhh, support mhh.. Had the 128MB yearly special for 8$ and was running a public BitTorrent tracker on it.
If they would have just improved uptime a little bit it would be fair for the price.
I think the ISO load for OVZ hack was too much for the server to hold :P
clicks signature link
oh right xD
@Maounique Was it phase7 who meant you can run Windows on OpenVZ?
@4n0nx Do you enjoy browsing through my blog? ;p
I am not sure about windows, but did say repeatedly you can use your custom ISO :P
oh it's your blog? I thought it was your bittorrent thingy because it's not loading...
Down since 7'th May here. Don't worry, your VPS will be back online soon but they do tend to have prolonged downtime.
Get something in RO from @cociu, his VPS's are great and he's not fussy about what you host.
@Maounique Exactly, now I remember. Very amusing. But at least auto boot was included.
@4n0nx No, I would never host my blog with them. How I wrote, my bt tracker was hosted with them. Going to remove the link on my blog soon or look for new VPS as tracker.
@linuxthefish What? 7th May?? A little bit VERY long downtime I have to say.
I already got the 2GB 1,99€/m special with him, can strongly recommend it.
My VPS down, and their website also down.
From the very beginning I saw Phase-7, the website, the thread...
I knew I shall keep a distance.
Down here too.
Well, not such a big loss
my server offline for more than 2 days now, same goes with i-83.net
@i83 flagging for ^
i-83.net up again. Phase-7 unchanged.
@Upstage yep, but as bt tracker the VPS was ok.
Tango down.
Tango?
Did you tried reboot VPS? They need reboot from time to time.
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Tango+Down haha
I don'k know why people still buy $2/m vps servere and expect a decent service.
Oh, alright
@fitvps But how to reboot if the website and SolusVM are unreachable?
@AndreiGhesi Because you definitly CAN get a good / great service for that money. E.g. BandwagonHost - 5$/y for 96MB, DollarVZ - 4$/y for 256MB KVM, VPSDime - 7$/y for 512MB, Host-On - 3€/3m for 256MB KVM in Germany, LES from 1,50€/y...
The fact that you sell them at $10/mo doesn't mean that you offer a better service. Price is not always the reason.
Still down...
Yep, I don't think they'll get up again. Anyways, setup a new torrent tracker on a VPS from DollarVZ. The VPS from p7 didn't do anything else.
Is there anyway to contact them? I forgot to backup several files... :P
Tough luck, the black cat and witches worked against you
Indeed. I don't think they will get back online this time either.
Their website now show a 404 page from their web server...
Well its better than the last time it didnt return anything.
