Need German / Romanian / Slovakian / Autrian VPS

Hello!
I'm in need of a VPS at the locations I've stated in the title.
I need 2-4-8 vCPU
2-4GB RAM
Min 2TB BW and 100mbps min uplink.
I've seen a lot of providers who can offer these type of boxes for $4-7, but sadly at other locations.
So the max price would be $20, but only for a 4GB@4-8Core machine.
Also need to be able to run game servers, like counter strike 1.6, Global offensive, Source or Call of dutys.

Edit: For a bit over 20$ you could get a i5-750 dedi with 8/16GB ram @ servdiscount.com in Germany, when they have stock again
In terms of DDoS Protection, only ones I know in Germany are https://en.myvirtualserver.com/ and https://www.kms-hosting.com/vserver/
4-8 vCPUs for $4-$7 / month means you either get a terribly overloaded node or get suspended for using 10% of "your" CPU time.
Do you need DDoS protection as well?

Heard only bad things about Contabo. Anyone here any experience with them?

I recommend https://www.exohosting.com/virtual-servers/ they use OpenVZ and ZFS as storage backend for CTs so I/O is pretty fast.
The price is ok and I had no problem with support. They speak english and accept Paypal. VPS are located in Bratislava, Slovakia. Plus they have own in-house control panel so it's pretty nice.
The uplink is 100Mbit only tho, but the bandwith is unlimited fair share.

Extremely unreliable in my experience.
And in my experience too. They are fine if you want to get a ton of free bandwidth, but don't expect any kind of stability.
Can tell the same about phase7. HostSolutions.ro by @cociu is far better.

DigitalOcean should also be within you budget.
