Need a cheap but reliable colocation provider

Hi,

I need recommendations for a cheap "affordable" co-location provider anywhere in U.S. with online billing system "preferably with PayPal accepted" and the option to choose unmetered bandwidth.

I appreciate if you list the pros and cons

I have got a dedicated server from @Dacentec and it was deployed in 2 hours instead of 24 hours.
They are easy to work with and very friendly. They also replaced faulty hardware and fixed misconfigurations in no time.

I highly recommend.
