filemedia.de vps down for more than 24 hours , no reply to ticket either

filemedia had until recently been a very reliable provider but suddenly things seem to have gone downhill. I didn't know about filemedia.de's acquisition, just read about it yesterday. Anyone here linked to them care to comment ?

my yearly vps runs out end ob july - i´ll not continue it

But two weeks ago, i asked them for the debian 8.1 iso, ticket was answered within 24 hours.
