Errror Mail Zimbra
A great favor if anyone can help me have my corporate mail on zimbra and a couple of months ago we found that our customers will not get our mail to your hotmail account when we send for the first time, or your inbox or to your spam or junk mail. Could someone tell me how to fix this ?. But if my clients first write me to my corporate mail from your hotmail and I answer them recently starting to get my answers to your inbox without any problem ... who help me please !!! Thanks in advance !!

Try filling this in. takes a couple of minutes and usually gets removed within 24 hours
I cannot send emails to a hotmail address, however if I reply to a hotmail message, it gets delivered successfully.
If your logs indicate that Hotmail is receiving them and not bouncing them, good luck. You'll get a solid answer from Microsoft when hell freezes over.
I had to do that when I had an OVH box running Zimbra that couldn't send email to hotmail/o365 due to Microsoft policies, they'd blocked the entire IP range.
