Need dedicated Server / Root Server / VPS in europe (not france)

I need a new server with an European location.
4 cores (dedicated)
8 GB RAM
120 GB SSD
1 Gbit connectivity
1 TB Traffic at least
Budget: 30$ / mtl.
Location: Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Ukraine, Sweden, United Kingdom
This configuration is an example, but it is variable.
Can anyone recommend a provider or offer me a decent configuration?

Budget is a bit low for non France servers, also if you are from Europe, VAT will be applied which will increase the price.
Any particular reason for not wanting a France server?

Yes, but this is a personal decision (I'm born there so it's kinda home).
Although currently I'am looking closer at another location and don't plan to actually take the kind offer from @Cloudvider. The list above are only locations that I would consider.
But you are right the UK location is less attractive than the others due to the fact that the UK is a member of the five eyes. Thanks for pointing it out.

I have used provider service 1GB VPS for 39eur/yr. Never had complains..Good network and stable .. Hardly contacted them for any support. Never actually needed. Once contacted for Tun/Tap..was quickly addressed. They had a less impressive website then. Now they seems to have changed that. Interestingly i havent seen any offers till then.
