How do you comply with the DPA?
Just curious, in class learning about business and the DPA / CMA, and I know that some of the companies who post here wont even be affected by some of these UK acts, but how do you personally comply with data processing laws when you receive client information from the UK / USA / EU? Do you have specific processing rules?
May just help me into some research... thanks
