anybody offers VPS 14GB RAM and 1TB HDD for 14 eur per month?

contabo gives VPS 14GB RAM and 1TB HDD for 14 eur per month, but I am not happy with their behavior, now I have problem to find any competitor who offer the same VPS for the same price. all are more expensive, so, any information who can compete with them? location can be usa or eu, I don't care. usually american data centers are cheaper than european ones.
so, there must be somebody offering better VPS than contabo...
I would be interested for VPS with 3 IPs for 15 eur.

Not possible. You can get a dedi with 8-16GB Ram from @MarkTurner for $20/month if you can pay quarterly.
This is a joke right? I don't see how that kind of resources can be sold for that low of a price.
it doesn't matter, I don't want to gossip, just I am not happy with them.
but it is strange they are the only one to offer so big ram and hdd... I found dacentec dedicated but again, it is half specs comparing to contabo.
Overselling ...... I doubt such hosts would last for long.
How much RAM do you actually need? If you need that much I'd be looking at a cheap dedi which may require raising budget slightly. You can get 12GB VPS from vpsdime for $14 per month with 1 IP, adding more IPs is +$2 each per month.

vpsdime offers good storage but 2GB RAM. thanx in any case.

You can oversell on KVM and Xen.
Not as far as I know just seriously not recommended...
Stuff like KSM will reduce the memory footprint of the VM's
It is possible with thin provisioning + ballooning + ksm. All bare metal hypervisors be it KVM, XEN or VMware allow overselling of resources however you can oversell more easily with Virtuozzo/OpenVZ. Contabo have their own DC so I guess they are not only overselling but intentionally making very little or no profit on their VPS' to grab market share.
They were previously known as giga-international, not exactly a new player.
How is that strange? There's a reason no one sane offers it . . .
