    WholeSaleInternet is probably the best budget dedicated server provider. They have the E3-1230v2 with 16GB RAM. The only problem is you have to wait for it come back in stock. Another recommendation would be ServerDeals which has the E3-1240v3 with 16GB RAM for $70/mo (listed in their WHT ad)

    Have you looked at Hetzners serverbidding? The cheapest E3-1245 with 16 GB RAM and 2 x 3 TB HDD is €31, and you get the same specs with a E3-1245v2 for €33/mo
    No setup fee,no contract. Of course, if you really need SSD disks the cheapest there is €65 for 16 GB RAM and 2 x 240 SSD disk and E3 1245
