But it always error in this line
W: Failed to fetch https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/dists/wheezy/pve-enterprise/binary-amd64/Packages The requested URL returned error: 401
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Is there any way to solve it???

Comments
remove https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/dists/wheezy/pve-enterprise/binary-amd64/Packages
or get a password.
It was removed by adding # before, i added #deb https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian wheezy pve-enterprise
but # in lowendtalk was replaced by strong.
There's another pve enterprise line in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ - comment that out and it'll remove your error
I have tried to remove it.
But i cant upgrade from 3.1 to 3.4
@ggsmarket You need to remove the pve-enterprise source and add:
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian wheezy pve-no-subscription
