Too late to install hot/cold aisle. They require raised flooring, and that's not raised flooring, just appears to be standard linoleum. Also, they have cable management in the ceiling, which most likely would have been placed under the floors if they were raised. Not a huge deal, but it's less "green", because it requires more cooling.

Absolutely not too late.
Containment does not require raised flooring. We run multiple locations with containment, some of which are overhead delivery cold isle containment and some of which are raised floor with containment.

We've got a dark fiber ring back to the old facility where 11 different carriers are onsite.
At the new location right now there is: ColoCrossing, Level3, ATT, Verizon, Cogent, Hibernia, Fibertech, Time Warner
We can easily transport customers back to the old facility via our dark fiber ring to reach any other carrier.
As far as IPv6 is concerned the network is ready and we are announcing the space. In version 3 of our portal, which is going to be released in a few months, we'll have the software automation support to provide that to dedicated server customers.

A raised floor should not be used for anything but air flow, anything else obstructs airflow and lowers efficiency.
Raised floor is not for "hiding cables" as is the conception from many inexperienced "dc pros".
Cables SHOULD be run above, INCLUDING power because guess where the first place WATER hits from a flood or AC leak or pipe burst? The FLOOR.
Not to mention a raised floor does not a datacenter make. No one needs raised floor and it is a tired relic. Many datacenters (Including Equinix, CoreSite and others) have bare slab flooring.

The building is a 3 story, roughly 100,000 SQ FT structure. It's one of the carrier hotels in Buffalo.
We have the datacenter and our future HQ is being built in a separate 10,000 SQ FT space inside the same building.
What does "we have the datacenter" mean?
Put it simple : are you renting space like a cage(s) and offices?
