Do you only use Cogent as your provider? I am unable to traceroute from anywhere in Europe/USA and transgress anything but Cogent, so I was curious if this is coincidence or if you are only single homed Cogent?

Barcelona is only routed via Cogent, but if you add extra IPs to your VPS, we can route via our other locations (Madrid or Alicante). Contact support to do this.
