Hello,

I'm looking for a vps with 1,5GB (+512MB Swap) RAM, 1 Core, 10GB Space, 1GBit/s, free reinstalls and at least Kernel 3.2 on the host. For same price KVM does work too.

Looking for >$5/M EU location

  • But KVM can't have burst memory... Or can it...? I think the appropriate term is swap memory.

  • You can do it. You need to have ballooning enabled in the OS. I could do it for that but I'm not in EU. Please send PM if you'd consider a Canadian location.

  • @webcraft Based on your specs, price should be okay. Location CA too, lol. PM if interested, thank you.

Are there any particular features you need from kernel 3.2, or is it simply so the OS will launch?

Maybe it is for using Docker.

I think it needs kernel 3.2.x on OpenVZ.

    No it does not.

  • Thanks, got a server.

  • For CentOS, install kernel 3.x using http://elrepo.org/linux/kernel/
