i listen these Minecraft servers needs alot of RAM, yes, check Kimsufi.com and also http://oneprovider.com/dedicated-servers/montreal-canada (but these exceed your budget)
Does it need to be Canada. Thats a big distance from Peru.
We can offer Dedicated in Canada. Contact us for more info: http://krkn.pw/contact
@finch3
Well with dacentec we got a time aroudn 300ms and sometimes 400.
With ovh from 100 - 150 ms.
With CC 100 - 130 ms.
So what you can recomend or offer??
We look for a time of less than 150 ms.
And no get a server in Peru No way I gonna do that, to expensive and not good at all :S
Wouldn't LA be better?
http://lg.la.ramnode.com/
(Not saying you should use Ramnode, just the first LA looking glass I could think of)
I don't know who offers cheap dedis in LA though.
Atlanta and NY got time less than 130 ms
@martip07 - PM me your IP in Peru and I'll send you some traceroutes from our various sites around the country.
I gonan give you random IP's from differen tusers.
@martip07 - PM'ed you back - latency < 120ms on most
@finch3 thanks but I am pretty sure that with my budget I can get something good (noy an dedi with E5 or E3 v2 or so).
But still thanks
@finch3 what about VPS can you do it for my budget ?
@martip07 check with @qps for a dedi, in Atlanta, within your budget. Should be able to hit your latency budget as well.
Peru?
Best location for Latin America is Miami, and Atlanta is also OK.
E3 for $20 budget. Lol.
Did you read all the post 20 - 50 more whatever.
Also I wrote not a dedi with E3 or e5 sorry if my English is not good.
Before laugh read all and if you don't get something just ask.
Don't read just whatever you want.
Miami, who is selling in that location.
@martip07 If you send over test IPs, I can give you the results from our locations in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Atlanta will probably have better latency.
I seldom see dedis in Miami, but many in Atlanta. ATL is OK.
