I am a former staff member of BlueVM.
As for customers being told an email was sent out informing customers of the management changeover but details on who it was wasn't included.

i'm a customer and i never received anything from bluevm.
He even went as far as to thank his own post with his other account. Can't beat that.

I think we can all agree the OP's third response in the ticket would make a very accurate review of BlueVM's current situation.
Yep. And he had the guts to tell them directly. They'll probably terminate the account, in the basis of those words... Not that it was of much use, if the server was offline, though.
I haven't received anything at all.
In all fairness if they send from CC IPs most people won't be receiving them :P
I did not receive any email about ownership change.
