No. 1 looks like Blesta's boxes.
No. 2 looks like if you have more than 6 packages you are fucked, or if you have a non pink layout you won't use it.
No. 3 looks like OnApp Hostbill's style order form.
Maybe they did hire Hostbillapp to do them.

HB has some nice unique order forms but WHMCS have done sliders and tables, of which a lot of sites have already in the form of pricing tables so they've copied everyone right.

I don't mind the look of Blesta to be honest, as a base design it needs to be flat and simple. From there you change the colours to match or go all in with a complete design.
That is the way it should be.
Because the plan overview is what needs to be fixed with WHMCS…

Me, ages ago when someone stated on WHT, I did a tweet a few non users agreed and I'll quote:

Have to wait 24 hours for a ticket reply or pay premium to jump the queue.
Have issues like Plesk 8,9 modules vanishing from V6, their licensing module breaks (they fixed that) or issues like Mac's don't unzip backups
