Searching budget VPS server in EU

Hi. I'm searching some cheap VPS offers from EU. At least 256mb ram, a not-so-bad CPU and a budget of around $10-$15/year. I've seen some offers in LowEndBox but most of them expired.

This is the only I've found, located in spain for 10€/year

Yeah, I tried the NanoVZ and MegaVZ, but they have a terrible costumer support and a downtime once a week
