Anyone has some to add?
Requirements:
*Hourly billable without minimum commitment
*No monthly base fee for the account itself (only used server hours billed, 0hours = 0 costs)
*No requirement to store credits/cash in the account ("prepaid")
*Creditcard billing (MC/Visa)

Yes, Linux is supported. I've been using its HK location and both the network and performance are excellent. The only problem is the price. xD

Which of these providers give you the same facility as LEB KVM providers, ie being able to boot your own ISO and partition your own space, rather than be limited to their templates and layouts and kernels?
Many of these cloud providers are not as virtual as I want.

Anyone else tried http://www.elastichosts.com/ ? It's been a while since I used them, but I think they used to require you to credit your account before you could start. This may not be the case now though?

ToS/AUP is there when registering server, SSL will be there soon, give us 2 days. Payments by PayPal are still SSL.
