    No It's a Semi Dedicated Shared Hosting Account and we was selling it to the OP as he requested. And they are real cores we pin the Cores when we do special agreements.

    Saw a opportunity to sell some spare space as some of our servers have unused capacity. but it's Limited.

    please correct me if I am wrong, but last i check semi dedicated means he is garentee chunk of resource WITHIN a cpanel server. Not a vps with seperate cpanel license.

    No, semi dedicated means exactly nothing - Not defined anywhere. 95% of cases can be assumed it means some sort of VPS, likely on KVM/Xen/VMWare and not OVZ. Sometimes with dedicated HDD/RAID, most times with shared array.

    If he wanted a shared/reseller hosting account with cpanel he would not specify the RAM and dedicated cores (Cpanel cannot dedicate cores at all)

    If you need dedicated cores, ram and hdd you can take a look at our XenPV offering: http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/51876/xen-full-h-t-core-2gb-ram-70gb-raid10-disk-1-tb-bw-7-mo. You can combine these to get your 4GB Ram 2 cores. =) We don't do cPanel, Litespeed and Cloudlinux licenses at this time though.
