request cheap yearly vps in many location

I would like to have VPS in many locations for cluster.

Space: 1gb is enough.

Traffic: from 20gb is ok.

RAM: 64mb

IP: NAT is not a problem or IPv4

I prefer many locations in any of the world.

Price should be below 3$ per year.
