Hello,

We are looking for "E3-SAT-3" located in OVH 's Canada location. If anybody has one they are willing to sell to be transferred to our account please let us know.

    SYS servers are not transferable, only OVH servers.

    SYS servers are transferable. Sellers and Buyers must have accounts in same location. Example same sys.com/eu or same sys.com/us

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    You are unable to move servers between accounts. This is detailed in our FAQ's Please read through our list of frequently asked questions. Here you will find the answer to your query:

    • Please note our services are mainly unmanaged. Server administration must be performed by you. We only provide support with any hardware issues or internal issues which effect the performance of your server.

      • Once your server is delivered, you have 7 working days to request a refund. However please note that once you install an OS on your server you are no longer entitled to a refund.

    • Game servers are currently in Beta mode and cannot be renewed. There is no exception to this rule.

    • You have 16 IPs included for free with your server. To add them you can do so via your SYS Manager in the IP section. A one off setup fee of €2 applies per IP address. You can only order IPs once the server has been delivered.
    • Once you have over 16 IPs on your server, you will be charged €2 for every additional IP you purchase.
    • All licenses (Windows, Plesk, cPanel, Direct Admin) can be ordered via the SYS Manager once the server has been delivered.
    • You can add your own license key via the SYS Manager once it is an SPLA license. - If a server is sold out, you cannot pre-order it, the only option is to keep checking the site until the server is available again.
    • Server hardware cannot be configured, this is only possible on our OVH Range of servers.
    • Any Anti-DDoS queries you have can be answered via [1][email protected] - We cannot provide any discount on the KVM price. If you require this option you can order from the website.
    • You can install your own server image via the KVM, however we do not provide support for this.
    • Any RAID configrations can be made via the SYS Manager under the OS Install option. You have to configure this yourself. By default your server is installed in RAID 1. - Please refrain from sending duplicate emails. All mails are answered in a queue based system sorted by oldest to newest.
    • Setup fees can be paid either in a one off payment of €49.99, or 6 monthly payments of €10. Alternatively if you pay for the server for one year in advance, the setup fee is waived.
    • After you have had a server for 12 months, if you renew for 6 months you receive 1 month free. If you renew for 12 months you get 3 months free.
    • We do not perform server migration, any migrations have to be performed by you. - Services cannot be transferred between accounts. Only one name and email can be on a server.
    • If you wish to resell our products, this can be done by creating a normal account. We do not provide discounts to resellers.
    • Server delivery time is an estimation, we cannot guarantee a server will be delivered in the exact time advertised. Any delivery times listed do not come into effect until your payment has been fully accepted by our system.

    I have successfully transferred a server from my soyoustart.com/de account to another souyoustart.com/de customer.

    Well seems they have changed their rules after february then, my apologise.
