1. Prometeus: superb server, great uptime and very good pricing!
2. Hostigation: save as Prometeus, but a little more expensive.
3. BuyVM: same as the above two, but they've had some network outages, which is why I'm moving them to the third spot.

Just a note: the rankings are really close. I could and would have put them all on 1 and I'm sure going to purchase more servers from them if I need them. If I need to make a 1-2-3 list though, the above is my current choice
