when you will move the customers calculate this : most of your customers pay for the location , specifications, network , maybe eaven for the DC from where you planing to be reseller , so when you will move this clients maybe half of the users will gone.
Just my opinion
Innohosting, OnraHost and Turnkeyinternet are a few providers with plans suitable to your requirements. Based on my experience, here is my order of preference :
OnraHost
Turnkeyinternet
Innohosting
I would never sign up with a Provider who uses End User support from It's Provider. Because, I have found this too slow.
That's why I linked it - OnraHost is a new brand from a host that once abandoned its clients. The specific linked WHT post is maybe unfair to the provider, but there's no way I want to take the chance.
Lets address some issues:
Only time I've had a "bad" demeanor was with 3 (maybe 4 ) people on here, 1 being a misunderstanding, two others who just always troll the hell out of everything and who I still have problems with for their "kiddie" behavior on LET in every thread.
Slow support? That was based over what two, three years ago on enduser support and not even our actual support to them. Try finding a recent complaint about us... you won't find any that I know of. Just tons of good ones

More importantly, I put out a public announcement to all old clients they could have free hosting for life. At this time about 4 shared hosting servers are full of them; I take it completely as a loss every month for the last 3 years, just to amend ties with those guys who were done wrong by John of BlazeHoster or whatever hell company he had at the time.
EDIT: I have no problem with you not choosing us, please just don't spread OLD LIES about me. It's gotten really anyyoing over the last few years of repeatedly posting the same info publicly, over and over.
Take a look at https://hostdark.com/specials.php
you get Softaculous, CloudLinux, free WHMCS license, a free domain, IP, SSL, End-User support, and free baseline WHMCS setup of a product with the server.
Also, for a limited time, use the coupon code FALL and get 50% off for life. Basically 25$ for all that I mentioned.
@OnraHost: I have no beef with you, but you have to understand that I and any other hosting customer who's been abandoned by a host are looking for any signs that you're not in this for the long haul. I came across that exact reply that I linked to about your last hosting venture probably 6 months ago, so when I came across it again researching a host w. enduser support I thought to myself 'for fecks sake, better note it down so I don't walk this path again." Didn't mean to open an old wound but I'm happy you got a chance to explain yourself.
Well on a note of being in the long haul... Open since January 2012 (almost 4 years now), multiple racks in 4 datacenters, easily over 100k+ in server hardware owned 100% by Onra, and few large corporate contracts which we would sue the hell out of us...just a few reasons why we "should" last.
However take all that with a grain of salt...even BurstNet went down in flames after what? 14 years.
lolol he thinks he can compare himself to BurstNet.
I'm just going to point out that your behaviour as a provider is somewhat.. Immature? I'm not sure if that is the right word, but it's one of the things hugely putting me off from your service. You forget how closely knit the LET community is...
Not trying to insult or poke fun, just hoping to see a more neutral side.
Honestly, I've considered using separate accounts because of this. However, I value honesty with my services and that includes being up front with who owns/operates the business. If a client doesn't understand that there is a distinction between my private opinions on a forum and who you'll meet at the support desk, I honestly am not sure what to say. If you're concerned about the quality of service because of my posts, my sincerest apologies. I simply tend to speak what I think.
However, you are a fairly well known member of the community and I don't want you to think I'm completely blowing off your comments. If you're interested at all in our services but are being put off because of my posts, pm me and I'll set you up with a month free on any service (dedis included) so you can see for yourself there's a difference.
Where in the world did I compare myself to burstnet? I simply stated that taking into account how much a company may have, anything could happen, even to the "bigger" and longer running companies.
The amount of immaturity in your posts is incredible. Do you even read what people actually write, or do you just read half the sentence and make up the rest in your head?
Speaking of immaturity...
