VPN to Switchport

Are there any providers which can give VPN access to the switchport?
Then ssh can listen to a private network and the user connects over VPN to the ssh of the VPS.

That's doable, we offer such solution for Customers connecting to their Dedicated Server's IPMI.

The question is why? Wouldn't it be easier to allow only certain IPs in the firewall?

I wanted to post a reply, but whenever I use the word s-s-h in it, Cloudflare bans me: Actually maybe it's not the word but one of the URLs I wanted to include.

    ^ that

  • It is not just ssh. I want to access from private lan some services which should not listen on the wan interface.

  • you can setup OpenVPN
