    Yes, I did, but price is $50 for just single VPN, my budget is max $25 for IP, and $50 for VPS.

    How are they identifying the IP as residential? Perhaps you could get around it by setting the PTR to eg 1-2-3-4.res.someisp.net or similar

  • Meanwhile my isp offers residential gigabit internet with a /25 IPv4 block for ~150$

    I think using an isp that also had public cloud offerings is the best idea. How much does century link cloud cost?
