    I host my own Seafile cloud (http://seafile.com).. It has client-side encryption, which owncloud doesn't have (owncloud only has server side).

    I'm using one of my VPS's in Germany as a VPN on my laptop which I enable when I'm watching movies and/or series using Popcorn Time.
