They also have some monthly offer under your budget, all in VN location, please see in the orderpage.
_Update: Please note that these offers are "Happy Thursday", they are only available in Thursday. _
I have been using digivm for around two weeks.
Pros:
1, their Vietnam Linux server has been working pretty well;
2, their website and client panel have pretty decent user experience;
Cons:
1, they don't answer tickets;
2, I spun up a Windows server, but the status is pending for ever, no one answers tickets;
3, their lowest price is $10 instead of $5, which they compared themselves with DO, which they made false advertisement;
4, they have a lot of locations in the control panel, however, currently only Vietnam and US for Linux work;
5, their client panel only has minimum functions working. It's more like a unfinished website;
My general feeling is that they had a big ambition initially, because they really made a decent website. But their business probably is not profitable, therefore they probably have ceased supporting this website.
Ow man Vietnam. There is no electricity and you are asking for datacenter
