Anyone used the FastPath key on an LSI9260-4i?

I'm currently setting up a SSD based node, with 4 x Samsung 830 SSDs in RAID10 on a LSI9260-4i controller.
I saw there's an add-on for SSD based arrays, the FastPath key (LSI00247), which
Supports full optimization of SSD virtual disk groups to deliver up to a 2X improvement in read and write IOPs compared to MegaRAID controllers not utilizing MegaRAID FastPath software.
Anybody used it? Is it worth the extra bucks?
