Why is there such 'hype' in regard to Colorhost? They seem to be overselling majority of their nodes like crazy and the support is basically non existent, while they did exactly what I asked them to, it took them nearly 4 days.
I often try not to do this, but I wouldn't recommend Colorhost to anyone. I do like their network though.
They have a nice website and name.

money-back/refunds are a mostly unusual construct in german terms. some provider offer trials for free or a period to cancel within without charging anything, but I doubt you'll find a lot that offer refunds...
