A client wants me to setup machine where he need Jboss, tomcat, postgre and msyql all running on it. I mean why anyone want that .. jboss and tomcat , both are server for java application, shouldn't it be either Jboss or tomcat.. not both.. same goes with msyql and postgre ..why he need two database system..

I have fair amount knowledge with php-mysql-apache and nginx also but not with tomcat / jboss.. so he is asking something non-practical or I just say NO as its not my domain ..

  • :) you are right.. both serve same purpose.. tell client you can setup one server with jboss and one database and other with tomcat and related db
if he need to test better he test on local environment
