I need a dedicated server for voip hosting in either los angeles or San Jose or Seattle. With the condition that your network have low latency to Asia. Here is the specs that I am looking for

At least:

E3-1240v3 Quad-Core
32GB of RAM
5 to 8 IPv4 address
15TB bandwidth
No restriction of requesting more IPv4

I am happy to pay for it annually if you can give me more discount on the deal. My budget is up to $110/mo

Ping from LA to Asia would pass ~ 200 milliseconds. Around how much latency are you planning on having?

we will run voip VPS servers for VOIP hosting. So as long as that server can handle the calls to Asia at a low latency, we are good.
