Even SSL on CDN is expensive, so I don't think any company will offer Free CDN with SSL and websocket.
Are you trying to load something like noVNC over a CDN or something?
It's an application using websocket wss://
I tried to change default port to the port that CloudFlare allows, and it still blocked.
Then I found out they only enable wss:// for the Enterprise plan which costs over 200$/m
Oh, bummer. I highly doubt that you will find a CDN that supports that, let alone free. I do however wish you the best of luck with your search!
