Im looking for a VPS with KVM or Xen virtualisation What are the cheapest KVM VPSs in US and Japan ? any one can share experiences ?

well, I don't know the minimum HW requirements to run a VPN

Decent Uptime - SLA required,
Well-Known and/or Registered - I'd prefer if the company is well-known in this community or if the business is registered.

Private IRC, Proxie, VPN, (for Netflix ) allowed on the US vps

JP you can choose Linode, original JP IP.

Also vultr, but their IP is from ARIN and broadcasted to JP...

@samuli We don't allow public IRC. But a private IRC is okay as long as there is no abuse complaints.
