At least 100GB Disk Space
Lots of Bandwidth (1TB +)
At least 1GB RAM.
At least 100Mbps
UK Based - preferred.
Upgradable - preferred.

    The dash is debatable.
    Plus the $7 isn't exactly cheap for 100GB
