Alternatives or competitors to Cloudat-Cost

Curious to see if anyone's come across other competing providers to CAC. They originally started with poor very poor SLA's; however, I have seen that service has gotten much better recently. Wondering if its a one off case, or this is cylical with them.

Before I buy any more servers there, and (don't) put all my eggs in one basket, I wanted to see if there were other options to them (pref in the US).

Bundled offers with a Cpanel or script installers would be great too..

I have 1 VPS from them. Very slow compare to my VPS in XVMLabs.

Another disadvantage, IP will be change in every OS reload/reinstall.

When did you get in, was it recent or has this been cyclical. Their tech guy told me they got new equip & those days are over, offered to put us on new equip... not sure what to believe.
