@Lee well, IMHO, they've done wonderful works, always innovating while at the same time keeping the service up and running perfectly and ALWAYS answer questions in time and in friendly manner. Looking at this thread, it seems that is what's lacking
but it is my opinion, feel free to differ if you don't think so ...

New owner refuse's to confirm this closure letter / not even a reply - seems to just ignore any requests regarding this letter that was sent out with a reply address of [email protected] but confirmed the message headers inside the email it was sent from the New Owners Server's ....
