Limit disk space for a specific user

I just can't figure out howto limit the disk space for a specific user
I already googled it, but can't find it

i want to limit (example) user joodle with 500mb disk space
I know that is is possible, can someone please help me?

This of course assuming you are using quotas at all.

Make it easier,

vzctl set $containerid --quotaugidlimit 100 --save

vzctl restart $containerid

If the container is already shutdown only start is needed You will not receive the error also.
