    Not exactly, providers could still ask QN to add their iP ranges into Asia Optimized.

    Edit2: sprintlink again, it seems the route to crissic is dynamic? constantly change between sprintlink and bboi ...

    If not directly peered, CU's most route to NA is sh*t, except PCCW.

    Just because CU's POP in US does not peer NTT and so on, so it should take Sprint first, and go to NTT through Sprint. F*** this
