Did you try clicking the Error Log section?

also try "yum install poop*" then delete and create vps in solusvm if OpenVZ

SolusVM has a ''debug reboot" option in the admin area.
Use the 'reboot (debug) and will tell you why.
Not sure of solusvm still have this feature?
